Balm 822 Support Group

About Balm 822

Balm 822 is a 13-week faith-informed mental health support group designed to provide structured emotional and spiritual support for individuals navigating challenges such as grief, anxiety, stress, depression, fear, and life transitions.

This program integrates biblical principles with psychological education and faith-informed counseling approaches to support emotional awareness, personal growth, and spiritual resilience in a safe, structured group environment.

Balm 822 is facilitated by a PhD-trained Clinical Christian Counselor and is part of the broader Balm Access to Healing Initiative within the Balm Care Community Action Center ecosystem. Participation is coordinated through an intake and placement process to ensure appropriate fit and readiness for group support.

Balm Care via BWIM also partners with Griefshare to provide Grief support.
